Share selected items via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any other app on your phone. Keep lists shared with family or private for personal or work items.

To-dos

Set one-time tasks or flexible recurring ones (every 3 weeks, every other day, whatever you need), with due date and time, tags, assignees, and up to 5 read-aloud reminders. Keep to-dos shared with family or private, so your work tasks and personal items stay private to you. Filter by visibility, assignees, tags, or date to see what's coming up. Track completion history and see who completed each task and when.

Shared Calendar

A single family calendar that keeps home, work, school, and activities in one place. Import events from Google Calendar with auto-refresh, so even invites from others (a friend's birthday, a school event) flow into Juggle Ease automatically. Juggle Ease sends calendar invites to your personal or work email, so personal commitments automatically block your work day. Add flexible recurring options (every 3 weeks, every other day, whatever you need) and up to 5 read-aloud reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

Trackers

Track what matters: health, habits, fitness, finances, and more. Set a target, log entries with notes, and watch your progress on a clear chart with stats to help you stay motivated. Tap any point on the chart to read the note you left that day, so the numbers come with context. Keep trackers private or shared with family, with reminders to help you log on time. Export your data as CSV anytime to share or analyze elsewhere.

Meals

Add recipes to build your family recipe book. Plan weekly meals with calories and variety in mind. Add recipes or custom items (e.g. 1 cup milk) to meals and repeat them across different days of the week to build weekly plan quickly. Duplicate plan for quick variations. Export recipes or meal plans as PDFs for printing or sharing.

Multiple Families

Manage more than one household in a single app: your own family, your aging parents, or any loved one's care. Each family has its own calendar, lists, to-dos, trackers, and meal plans, completely separate from the others. Switch between them with a tap, and only the people you invite to each family can see what's there.

Yes. Easy is included free with Juggle Ease. To keep it free for everyone, there's a 10-minute daily voice limit per account.

When you tap the mic and speak, your audio is sent to a trusted AI provider so it can understand what you said and generate a response. We do not sell your voice data and do not use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
