Juggle Ease LLC (“Juggle Ease,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a mobile application and website designed to help families organize and manage daily life. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information — Your name and email address (including when you sign in with Google).
  • Content You Add — Lists, to-dos, calendar events, trackers (including optional health metrics such as weight or blood pressure), recipes, meal plans, and photos you upload.
  • Connected Accounts — If you choose to import events from Google Calendar, we access your calendar data solely to display it in the app. We do not store your Google credentials.
  • Device & Usage Data — Device type, operating system, crash logs, and in-app behavior using analytics and error reporting tools.
  • Notifications & Communication Data — If you opt in, we send push notifications and may log delivery and interaction.
  • Voice & Audio Data — When you use Easy (our voice-powered assistant), we capture audio from your microphone and the resulting transcripts to perform the requested tasks. See the AI Voice Features section below for details.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve the Juggle Ease app and its features.
  • Sync, back up, and share data between your devices and family members.
  • Diagnose and fix issues.
  • Respond to your support requests and notify you of important app updates.
  • Process voice input from Easy to understand your requests and generate responses, through a third-party AI provider.

3. Photos & Files

Photos you upload (e.g., for Meals) are stored securely in our cloud storage.

4. AI Voice Features (Easy)

Easy is Juggle Ease's voice-powered assistant. When you tap the mic and speak to Easy, the following applies:

  • What we send — Your audio and the resulting transcripts are sent to our third-party AI provider so it can understand your request and generate a response. Relevant content from your account (such as your to-dos, calendar events, or list items) may also be sent to the provider so Easy can act on it.
  • What we do not do — We do not sell your voice data, and we do not use it to train AI models. We rely on our AI provider's contractual commitments regarding data handling, including not training their models on your data.
  • Retention — Voice recordings are processed in real time to generate Easy's response and are not retained as standalone audio files in our systems. Transcripts may be retained as part of conversation history to support the feature and improve reliability.
  • Your control — Using Easy is optional. You can simply not tap the mic button if you prefer not to use voice features.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it in these limited ways:

  • Service Providers — We use trusted third parties to provide secure hosting, data storage, analytics, error monitoring, push notifications, email delivery, and AI voice processing for Easy.
  • Family Groups — If you choose to share information with other members of your family group, that data becomes visible to them based on your settings.
  • Legal Compliance — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not disclose internal system details (like access keys, database names, or server locations).

6. Children’s Privacy

Juggle Ease is designed for family use. Children under 13 should use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information as long as your account is active. You can delete your data or your entire account at any time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest.

9. Your Choices

  • Manage what you share with family members.
  • Manage notifications on your device.
  • Connect or disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the app.
  • Choose whether to use Easy. Voice features are only active when you tap the mic button.
  • Delete your account and all associated data from within the app.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
