Welcome to Juggle Ease! By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 13 to create your own account.
  • Children 7+ may use the app under a parent’s account and supervision.
  • You are responsible for all activity in your family group.

2. Accounts & Security

  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content

  • You own the content you create (lists, trackers, meal plans, etc.).
  • You grant us a limited right to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.

4. Sharing Within Family Groups

When you share data with other members, you are responsible for what you share. Juggle Ease is not liable for how other members use shared data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, interfering with operation, uploading unlawful content, or abusing AI features (for example, using automated scripts to bypass usage limits).

6. Intellectual Property

All app code, branding, and design belong to Juggle Ease LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juggle Ease LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Reliability of the Service

Juggle Ease aims to provide reliable reminders and notifications, but the service may occasionally fail or be delayed due to device settings, network issues, or third-party outages. You should not rely on the app as your sole method of tracking critical or time-sensitive events, such as medical reminders or emergencies. Use the app at your own discretion and risk.

9. AI Features (Easy)

  • Easy is an AI-powered voice assistant that responds to your spoken requests and can take actions on your behalf (for example, adding to-dos, scheduling events, or logging tracker entries).
  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on Easy for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other important decisions.
  • You are responsible for reviewing actions Easy takes on your behalf and for verifying that any information it provides is correct before acting on it.
  • Easy is provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to daily usage limits, rate limits, or service interruptions. We may change, limit, or discontinue Easy at any time.
  • Voice processing is handled by a third-party AI provider. See our Privacy Policy for details on how voice data is handled.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
